How do I add Advatek as a Fortinet service partner?

Advatek will need to be added as a partner on your Fortinet customer portal in order to raise TAC cases on you behalf, register devices and apply licences. Please follow the instructions below.

1. Login Or Create a Account at https://support.fortinet.com/


2. In the top right click your username and select “My Account”  



3. In the left-hand side bar select “Manage User” 


4. Press the (Add user icon)  

5. Enter the following information (Copy Screenshot)

   6.    Press Save
